PhotoEle LLC built the Photele App as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by PhotoEle at no cost and is intended for use as is.

When social login is used to signup , we will request access to your general information such as profile photo, name and email address. This is only used to speedup the signup process and for easier login in the future

We might request access to your calendar which will allow us to create events on your calendar and check free/busy times for conflicts. We will not read / update any existing events on your calendar.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Photele’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you have logged in to our system , you will be able to terminate the account when going to the Account section.

Terminating the account will remove all the data associated to your account including the basic information after 30 days. During this 30 days period, we will keep the data in case the user decided to re-activate the account

You will still recieve marketing emails unless you opt-out by unsubscribe in the email.

When you add a face photo while creating an account, we will use facial recognition technology to allow us to identify photos shot by photographers in which you appear. For example, our facial recognition technology will compare your selfie with albums of photos to locate photos of you. In addition, your responses to potential photo matches may improve the accuracy of the facial recognition and matching technology.

We do not sell, trade, or rent any Personal Information derived from our use of facial recognition technology.

By using Photele app, you consent to the use of facial recognition technology to identify photos in which you appear. You represent that the face photo added by you to to create the account is you and that you are not impersonating or misrepresenting yourself as any other person or entity. You may only create an account on behalf of another individual if you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor child and you shall only add faces or photos of minor children for whom you are their parent or legal guardian.

We will retain and store Personal Information derived from the facial recognition technology for as long as you have an active Account on the Service. Personal Information derived from facial recognition technology will be deleted or destroyed through a secure manner. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that we might have inadvertently collected any personal information from your child under the age of 13 through the Service, please contact us using the contract form to request that information be deleted or destroyed.

As detailed below, we use a variety of reasonable, industry-standard security technologies and administrative, physical, and electronic procedures to help protect your Personal Information, including information derived from our use of facial recognition technology, from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
